"Pickleball to Occupy Neiman Marcus Space in Natick Mall"

A partnership between The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. and Bosse Sports is bringing a new pickleball complex and culinary destination to the Natick Mall in Massachusetts. Located at 310 Speen St, the former Neiman Marcus store will be transformed into a state-of-the-art pickleball training facility set to open this fall.

According to Mike Wilcox, managing director of leasing at Bulfinch, “Bosse Sports is an exciting addition to our portfolio.” He adds that the complex aligns with their vision of creating an inclusive and dynamic space that embodies excellence and community.

Designed by DJ Bosse (owner of Bosse Sports) and Chris Coombs (partner), this facility will be the largest indoor dedicated pickleball complex in Massachusetts. It boasts 21 courts for playing as well as a training center specifically for pickleball players. In addition, there will also be lounge areas for events or relaxation purposes, retail spaces available for lease, and multiple dining options curated by Coombs himself.

This transformation marks another milestone in Natick Mall’s evolution into a premier destination for sports enthusiasts looking for top-notch facilities combined with exceptional dining experiences.
