"Phoenix's Largest Industrial Project: CapRock Building Phase II"

CapRock Partners has begun construction on the final phase of their 183-acre industrial development in Southwest Phoenix. The project, called CapRock West 202 Logistics Phase 2, will add an additional 825,000 square feet of Class A warehouse space across three buildings on a total of 43 acres.

Work began in January of this year and is expected to be completed by November. Once finished, the three buildings will range from approximately 227,200 to301,800 square feet in size.

Located at the intersection of North59th Ave and West Van Buren St., CapRock West202 Logistics is set to become the largest speculative industrial development ever built in Phoenix. It will also be the first large-scale complex along South Mountain Freeway (Loop202). The first phase was completed backin July2013and consists offivebuildings totaling approximately2.5 million square feetofClassAindustrialwarehouse spaceon140acres.
