"Phoenix Warehouse with 1 Million Square Feet Sells for $118.25 Million"

BentallGreenOak recently acquired a fully leased Buckeye warehouse from US Capital and Ares Management Corp. for $118.25 million. The 1.05 million-square-foot Paloma Vista Logistics Center, located at 18900 W. McDowell, was completed last spring and secured a 10-year lease with Amazon.

The development was designed by Ware Malcomb and constructed by Willmeng Construction.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Will Strong, Michael Matchett, and Molly Hunt facilitated the sale while Andy Markham, Mike Haenel, and Phil Haenel are the leasing brokers for the facility.

According to reports from Phoenix Business Journal , this Buckeye warehouse is one of three buildings in the West Valley that Amazon has leased totaling over 1 million square feet for their new regional inbound cross-dock facilities in 2024. With plans to hire up to 6,000 employees in these facilities alone.
