Stream Realty Partners LP, a Dallas-based real estate firm, has recently expanded their team by hiring four experienced office leasing brokers from JLL. The new additions include managing directors John Bonnell and Brett Abramson, senior vice president Chris Latvaaho, and vice president Chris Beall.
Collectively, the new hires bring almost eight decades of real estate experience to Stream’s Phoenix office which was launched in September 2021. With these additions, the Phoenix team now consists of over 20 professionals who are responsible for leasing and managing a portfolio of more than 9 million square feet of office and industrial space.
The primary focus for these new brokers at Stream will be on sourcing and securing business across all service lines with an emphasis on office agency leasing.
