Stream Realty Partners LP, a Dallas-based real estate company, has recently added four experienced office leasing brokers from JLL to their team. The new hires include managing directors John Bonnell and Brett Abramson, senior vice president Chris Latvaaho, and vice president Chris Beall.
With a combined experience of nearly eight decades in the industry, these professionals will join Stream’s Phoenix office which was launched in September 2021. The Phoenix team now consists of over 20 experts who are responsible for leasing and managing more than 9 million square feet of office and industrial space.
The main focus for these new additions at Stream will be to identify opportunities, secure business deals across all service lines with an emphasis on office agency leasing.
