Phoenix’s Central Park is undergoing a shift in focus, with the Pivotal Group looking to include more residential and pare back office space. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Pivotal is still pursuing an urban mixed-use development at Central and Glenrosa in midtown Phoenix but has changed its mix due to a housing shortage in the city.
