JEMB Realty has recently signed an 8,100-square-foot lease with Philo TV, a San Francisco-based company, at Brooklyn’s tallest office building – 1 Willoughby Square. This marks Philo TV’s first official New York City office as they sought out the most convenient location for their employees who primarily reside in Brooklyn.
Philo TV was drawn to 1WSQ for its LEED certifications and various outdoor spaces that offer panoramic views of the city. The building also provides access to Abolitionist Place park which was recently completed and boasts new construction features such as oversized windows and flexible layouts.
The CBRE team consisting of Paul Amrich, Neil King, Zachary Price, Alex D’amario and James Ackerson represented JEMB while Catherine Vilar from the Kaufman Organization represented Philo TV.
