**Davcon Aviation Moves Forward with Phase II Improvements at Falcon Field**

Davcon Aviation is fully engaged in Phase II of its $70 million improvement initiative at Falcon Field in Mesa. The expansion is set to introduce 12 additional hangars, totaling 170,000 square feet, along with new office spaces. Falcon Field is located south of East McDowell Road and east of North Greenfield Road.

The corporate aviation hangars will feature office space, including a two-story facility with approximately 20,000 square feet of Class-A office space that may serve as a helicopter hangar.

The final phase of the project is expected to be completed within the next two years.

Phase I of the expansion included approximately 400,000 square feet of hangar space. Current tenants in the facility include Avflight Mesa, Paradise Jets, California Aeronautical University, Banner Air, Van Horn Aviation, and Real Hanson.

About 82% of the first phase’s 34 hangars are already leased. The initial phase, which spanned 30 acres and cost $74 million, was completed roughly a year and a half ago.
