Catalfumo and Richman Group have announced plans to demolish two office buildings in Palm Beach Gardens and replace them with 620 units of luxury apartments as part of Phase II. The first phase, consisting of 396 units, is currently under construction after breaking ground in 2022. According to reports from the South Florida Business Journal, the Marc apartments are expected to be completed later this year.
The new apartment buildings will feature a range of amenities including rooftop pool decks, fitness rooms, game rooms, club rooms and coworking spaces. Additionally, one building will include a half basketball court while the other will have two pickleball courts.
With each building standing at 13 stories tall and offering parking garages with approximately 975 spaces combined, there will also be an allocation for workforce housing comprising of around100 units. These developments would replace existing office space totaling48 ,000 square feetand9 ,000 square feetat11025 RCA Center Drive.
Designed by Corwil Architects based in Coral Gables,and planned by Jupiter-based Cotleur & Hearing,the project has been given approval for redevelopment as PGA Station Redevelopment – signaling exciting progress ahead for this prime location.
