At the time of sale occupancy rate was 94 percent and amenities included air conditioning, 9-foot ceilings as well as private balconies/patios along with an outdoor pool area featuring 24 hour fitness center plus laundry facilities & business center all within 552 parking spaces available at 413 Swenson Farms Blvd., located 18 miles north of Austin near major employers such Apple Amazon & Dell off Interstate 35 .
