Erica Balin and Scott Caswell, principals at Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, recently negotiated three long-term leases for Voyant Beauty in a three-building complex located at 9200-9250 Mason Ave. in Chatsworth. The Chicago-based personal care manufacturer will occupy approximately 180,000 square feet of warehouse space within the complex, with Rexford Industrial serving as the landlord.
According to Caswell, the brokerage team was aware that two adjacent sites within the campus would soon be vacant prior to securing these leases. In order to secure Voyant Beauty’s access to this prestigious location quickly and efficiently, they took immediate action rather than waiting for an opportunity to arise. This proactive approach allowed them to successfully secure all three leases and consolidate Voyant Beauty’s products into one convenient location.
The three-building campus offers easy access from nearby freeways including the 101, 118 and 405 highways. Although it was built over four decades ago, renovations are planned for this complex in order to modernize its facilities.
