Perris Warehouse Trades at Record-Breaking Prices

CH Realty Partners and Blumenfeld Development Group sold a 333,572-square-foot industrial building fully leased to Cypress Medical Products, a division of McKesson Corporation. The building located on 16.9 acres at 21500 Harvill Rd in Perris traded for $11,250,000 to MDH Partners. Eastdil Secured represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction which set a record for warehouse distribution buildings in the Inland Empire East market with an impressive sale price of $337 per square foot.

The two firms acquired the building vacant from Rockefeller Group late 2021 and completed extensive improvements to deliver an up-to-date industrial facility that appealed to various users within this sector.
