Pepper Construction Group recently promoted Chris Averill to the position of President. With 43 years of experience, Averill is an accomplished leader with a background in global finance and business management as well as a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence at Pepper. He joined the company in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before assuming additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer (COO) two years later.
In his new role, Averill will be responsible for leading Pepper Construction’s strategic growth and overall performance while overseeing all aspects of the business. He will continue to serve both COO and CFO roles while partnering closely with local Presidents across four geographic locations along with corporate services teams.
