Pendry Hotels & Resorts recently celebrated the grand opening of their newest property, Pendry Newport Beach. This marks the brand’s eighth addition to its collection and third opening in Southern California. The luxurious hotel is situated near Fashion Island, one of Orange County’s top shopping destinations, and boasts 295 newly renovated guestrooms including 114 suites with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Harbor, or Back Bay.
According to Alan J. Fuerstman, founder and CEO of Montage International (owner of Pendry), “We are thrilled to introduce Pendry Newport Beach in partnership with Eagle Four.” He also added that they are eager to bring the lively atmosphere and warm hospitality that define Pendry to Orange County while showcasing all that this new property has to offer for both guests and locals alike.
In February 2022, an affiliate company owned by Eagle Four Partners LLC acquired this property which joins their portfolio consisting of private clubs as well as hotels/resorts along coastal areas in Orange County. This latest development from Pendry was highly anticipated by many who were eagerly awaiting its official debut on Connect CRE.
