**Pelican Builders to Begin Construction on New Multifamily Community in Pearland Town Center**
Pelican Builders is set to break ground this month on a new multifamily residential development in the heart of the Pearland Town Center community. The upcoming project will include approximately 380 residential units and will offer a variety of upscale amenities for future residents.
Located at 3200 Business Center Drive in Pearland, the development will feature a wealth of community amenities such as a resort-style pool, dog park, children’s play area, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, and direct access to a scenic walking trail.
Each unit will offer one or two bedrooms and will range in size from 604 to 1,196 square feet. Residences will include upgraded appliances, stylish finishes, and high-quality fixtures to appeal to modern renters.
The development site was acquired from CBL Properties, the master developer of Pearland Town Center. The opportunity was first presented to Pelican Builders two years ago. OHT Partners has been selected as the general contractor for this ambitious project.
Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026.
