Peak Construction Breaks Ground on Grayslake Industrial Facility

Yesterday, OCM and Peak Construction Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of OCM’s building expansion in Grayslake, Illinois. Executives from Japan attended the event to commemorate OCM’s growth and the start of their new project. The design-build addition will expand their operations into a 337,208-square-foot facility with a 30′ clear height and ten dock doors, three drive-in doors, and 115 car spaces. Completion is expected by year-end with Cornerstone Architects and Manhard Consulting as part of Peak’s team.

Established in July 1977 as a subsidiary of Okabe Co., Ltd., Okabe Co., Inc. is a global supplier for fasteners and metal processing manufacturing based in Tokyo for over 100 years.
