Waterton has acquired the 33-story residential tower, known as 903 Peachtree, for a total of $118.6 million from CA Ventures. This equates to approximately $277,751 per unit.
The building offers a variety of units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options ranging in size from 336 to 1,884 square feet. Rent prices start at $1,680 for studios and go up to over $4,000 for three-bedroom floor plans.
Located near the intersection of Peachtree and 8th streets in Atlanta’s bustling city center area,the highrise was completed in2023.
