Paul J. Nasser, president of Intercontinental Real Estate, has been selected by the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) to receive the prestigious Robert S. Swain Jr. Distinguished Service Award at their 36th Annual Gala on Thursday, October 17 at Boston’s Omni Seaport.
The gala will recognize Nasser for his outstanding leadership in both local and national civic and charitable causes, as well as his professional accomplishments and unwavering dedication to REFA, the commercial real estate industry, and the greater Boston business community.
Nasser joins a distinguished group of past honorees including Steve Samuels of Samuels & Associates; Paul J. Ayoub of Nutter; Jon Davis of The Davis Companies; Pam Herbst from AEW; Tammy Jones from Basis Investment Group; Bryan Koop from Boston Properties; Elizabeth Lowrey from Elkus Manfredi Architects ; David Manfredi also from Elkus Manfredi Architects ; Kirk Sykes co-managing partner at Accordia Partners ;and former Mayor Thomas Menino.
This recognition highlights Nasser’s exceptional contributions to both REFA and the real estate industry as a whole.
