"PATH Global Nonprofit Relocates 52K-SF Headquarters to Fremont for Expansion"

After 15 years in South Lake Union, global health nonprofit PATH will relocate its headquarters to Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The new location, West Dock building at 437 N 34th Street, was secured through a lease agreement with real estate development group HCG Group.

HCG Group purchased the West Dock building in 2014 and Lisa Stewart of JLL brokered the deal with PATH. Mike Dash and Manny Fitzgerald of CBRE served as tenant representative brokers.

According to Mark Grey, co-founder of HCG Group, the mix of office and life science space along with scenic views of Fremont’s ship canal make it an ideal home for PATH’s team to continue their growth and innovation. The facility will house over 200 staff members from Seattle area and serve as a flagship for more than 3,000 employees globally.
