SLC recently completed a Global Fulfillment Center for Parts Town Unlimited, an Illinois-based company. This new facility is located in Glendale, Arizona at the C|303 industrial park and marks Parts Town’s first location in the Southwest.
Specializing in high-tech distribution of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for food service equipment, residential appliances, HVAC systems, consumer electronics and related products; this new operation spans 420,536 square feet and occupies all of Building B at C|303 Phase I. Developed by Merit Partners Inc., this industrial development covers 1.75 million square feet with plans to expand to approximately 9 million square feet along the Loop 303 freeway in Phoenix’s West Valley submarket.
Tenants at C|303 have access to full-diamond interchanges at Camelback and Bethany Home roads which allows them to reach over five million residents within a half-hour drive time.
