### Joint Venture Acquires 315 Meserole Street in East Williamsburg

Tri Jay Owner LLC, a partnership between DL Development Partners and Argos Development, has acquired 315 Meserole Street, a 100,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for $19.25 million. The seller was not disclosed.

Formerly known as The Breeze, 315 Meserole Street is a revitalized industrial site housing a diverse mix of commercial, industrial, and retail tenants. Under new ownership, the property will continue to support local Brooklyn businesses while serving as a neighborhood hub for residents and businesses in East Williamsburg and Bushwick. Planned renovations aim to enhance the space for entrepreneurs, creatives, and makers.

“We envision 315 Meserole Street as a prime destination for small businesses in a uniquely Brooklyn environment, a perfect location for the many creatives and innovators that call East Williamsburg and Bushwick home,” said Peter Volandes, managing principal of Argos Development.
