### Partners Capital Acquires Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead for $24.25M

Partners Capital has purchased the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead for $24.25 million. The 181-room hotel, located off Peachtree Road in Atlanta’s central business district, was sold by RLJ Lodging Trust. Originally built in 1996, the Buckhead Courtyard features approximately 1,500 square feet of meeting space and has recently undergone renovations.

According to the *Atlanta Business Chronicle*, Partners Capital is actively expanding its hotel portfolio in key Sunbelt markets through its Hospitality Fund 1, which launched in June 2023. The Buckhead Courtyard represents the fund’s second acquisition, following its purchase of a Hilton Garden Inn in Austin, Texas.

Partners Capital currently manages a portfolio exceeding 1.4 million square feet across Texas and the Southeastern U.S. The company has executed more than $600 million in transactions over the past eight years through various investment funds.
