Partner Valuation Advisors, a Chicago-based national commercial real estate valuation advisory firm, has expanded its seniors housing team with the hiring of seven professionals located across five states. The new additions include Shawn-James O’Connor (Executive Vice President), Patrick McCrae (Director), Andrea Roberts (Director), Bradley Grossa (Director), Allison Stavinoha( Director) Karlie Guta( Senior Vice President) and Jacob Sandler( Associate).
The seniors housing sector is known for being a top performer during recessionary periods due to its needs-based nature and long term demand trends. There are significant amounts of capital currently on the sidelines ready to be deployed into this industry once economic pressures subside as it is considered relatively recession resistant.
Since launching in September 2022, Partner Valuation Advisors has issued over 1,236 valuations with an aggregate commercial real estate value exceeding $42 billion across 49 states. In recent months they have welcomed 11 other CRE leaders who have joined their team.
