Partner Valuation Advisors Joins Self-Storage Leadership Team

Partner Valuation Advisors has added to its leadership team with the appointment of P. Ryan McDonald, MAI, FRICS as Managing Director and Market Leader in St. Louis. Additionally, he will serve as National Practice Lead for self-storage properties.
McDonald brings extensive experience managing national client accounts and is well-versed in portfolio origination and management; having worked closely with major financial institutions, pension funds, REITs insurance companies and hedge funds throughout his career in real estate valuation services.

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors McDonald served as Managing Director for JLL’s Valuation Advisory platform from 2016-2023 where he led a team throughout the Midwest region while also heading up JLL’s national self storage practice group . Before that role ,he was Senior Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources’ St Louis office .
