With extensive experience in valuations and consulting for complex properties from his previous role as executive VP at JLL Valuation Advisory, Friedman brings an impressive portfolio of large-scale projects to the table – including Class A office towers on Madison and Park avenues in New York City; million-square foot industrial properties across the Tri-State region; and hundreds of lease valuations for dental offices, fast food restaurants and retail stores throughout the Northeast.
