Partner Valuation Advisors, a national commercial real estate valuation firm, has appointed Ross Friedman as managing director to lead its New York Tri-State practice for industrial, office and retail assets. With extensive experience in valuations and consulting for complex properties from his time as an executive VP at JLL Valuation Advisory, Friedman brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. His career highlights include working on large-scale projects such as Class A office towers on Madison and Park avenues in New York City; million-square-foot industrial properties across the Tri-State region; and hundreds of lease valuations for dental offices, fast food restaurants and retail stores throughout the Northeast.
