SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston recently completed the sale of a multi-tenant retail plaza in Southborough, MA for $1.65 million. The 7,800-square-foot property located at 3-11 Turnpike Rd was purchased by 3-11 Turnpike LLC from VTT 46-56 Cedar Street LLC.
