PCCP, LLC and Endeavor Development have announced the next phase of development at Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, MN within the Twin Cities. This new phase consists of two Class A industrial buildings totaling 406,000 square feet. The JV partners are also working on an initial phase nearby that includes two 443,097-square-feet buildings projected to be completed mid-2023 and has seen strong leasing activity.
Alexandra Schultz from PCCP commented: “Arbor Lakes Business Park is easily accessible throughout the metro area with access to a significant labor pool in an industrial submarket with a vacancy rate of approximately 3.5%. We anticipate this high quality project will attract considerable tenant interest and activity” RJ Ryan is serving as general contractor while First National Bank of Omaha provides construction loan for this endeavor.
