Park "Telecom Company Goes Public and Occupies Entire Otay Mesa Industrial Park"

Britannia Tech Park, a newly constructed Class A industrial development spanning 203,244 square feet in San Diego’s Otay Mesa submarket, has reached full occupancy. Foxx Development, a telecommunications and IoT solutions provider that recently went public, has expanded its presence at the property by leasing an additional 102,099-square-foot freestanding building. The project is owned by Hines U.S. Property Partners (HUSPP), Hines’ flagship commingled U.S. core-plus fund.

Brant Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Hines in the leasing process for Britannia Tech Park. Foxx Development had previously occupied 101,145 square feet at the park through a lease and expansion signed in mid-2024.

Aberg expressed excitement on behalf of Hines and their leasing team for securing this significant lease expansion with Foxx Development on a long-term basis. He also thanked the company for their partnership throughout negotiations to reach full occupancy of three leases within the project as they transition to being publicly traded.

This marks another successful addition to Otay Mesa’s industrial market as it continues to attract high-quality tenants like Foxx Development.
