JLL has successfully arranged a full-floor lease for Brighton Park Capital Management at 10 Bryant, a prestigious 30-story tower located at 452 Fifth Ave in Midtown. The early-stage investment firm will occupy the entire 21st floor, totaling an impressive 16,428 square feet under a long-term lease with Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC). This off-market deal is part of PBC’s strategic repositioning plan for the building and follows recent leases by Generate Capital and Tilden Park Capital on other floors.
According to Paul Glickman of JLL who leads an exclusive leasing team including Ben Bass, Kristen Morgan and Kate Roush: “10 Bryant stands out as one of the few buildings in this highly competitive submarket that offers boutique office tenants full floor identity along with prime location.” Brighton Park Capital Management was represented by Newmark’s Neil Goldmacher, Josh Friedman and Cooper Weisman.
This latest development marks another successful transaction facilitated by JLL in their ongoing efforts to connect businesses with top-notch commercial real estate opportunities.
