Parisian Hospitality Group Secures Flatiron Lease: Experience Luxury Hospitality in NYC

Parisian hospitality group Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels has signed a new lease at 6 West 24th Street in the Flatiron neighborhood. The 3,600-square-foot street-level restaurant space and 1,800 square feet of office space on the second floor will be used for their new concept.

The historic building dates back to the 1800s when it served as headquarters for United Charities of New York until early 1900s. It then became home to several commercial tenants such as fur company, tobacco company and printing business before being converted into a mixed use asset in 1970s with street level restaurant space, retail on ground and lower levels along with offices on upper levels.

Darrell Rubens from Newmark represented landlord while Amie Claps from Easy Street Properties acted as tenant’s representative during this lease transaction.
