Paravel Capital is set to begin construction on 230-unit Bandera Ranch at the end of this year in Helotes, a town located on the northwest outskirts of San Antonio. The firm expects a 12 to 14 month timeline for completion and anticipates offering 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom configurations with two stories per unit, garages and gardens. Community amenities such as pools, pickleball courts, dog parks and clubhouses are also planned for the 31 acre site which will include retail tenants fronting Highway 16. This project adds to over 1,000 units already in San Antonio’s build-to rent pipeline.
