Paragon Packaging Inks 192K-SF Lease at NJ Logistics Park: A Successful Inaugural Deal

Paragon Packaging has recently secured a 192,111-square-foot lease at Central 9 Logistics Park in Old Bridge, New Jersey. This marks the park’s first lease and will serve as Paragon’s new headquarters by the second quarter of 2024.

The industrial park is strategically designed for e-commerce, warehouse, and distribution purposes and is divided into three phases with an expected completion date of 2024. Building features include high clear heights of up to 40 feet, docking facilities, and EVCS spaces.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team consisting of Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman Christine Eberle David Gheriani Jeff Volpi Morgan Nitti represented the landlord -2020 Acquisitions- in this transaction while Kyle Eaton from Newmark represented Paragon Packaging.

According to Lissner,”This prime property boasts a central location with easy access to ports airports major highways.” The logistics park sits on Route 9 providing multiple entry points through exits11 ,10,and nine on NJ Turnpike.”
