**Panattoni Development Breaks Ground on Lincolnshire Industrial Center**
Panattoni Development Company has officially broken ground on the Lincolnshire Industrial Center, a new industrial development located in South Lake County, Illinois.
The project will total 430,141 square feet and feature two state-of-the-art facilities specifically designed to support logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations. The first building will span 228,459 square feet on a 14-acre site and will include a 32-foot clear height. The second building will measure 201,682 square feet on 12 acres and will also offer a 32-foot clear height.
Cushman & Wakefield is representing the property, with brokers Brett Kroner, Eric Fischer, Keith Puritz, and Marc Samuels leading the listing team. The development is situated in a strategic infill location, offering convenient access to major interstate highways to support supply chain efficiency. Alston Construction has been named the general contractor for the project.
