Panattoni Development, in partnership with PGIM Real Estate, has broken ground on the Eastside’s largest new industrial development – North Creek Commerce Center. Located at 18712 Bothell Everett Highway in Bothell, Washington and expected to be completed by July 2024, this 29-acre Class A flex/industrial park offers 243,000 square feet of space with direct access to Bothell Everett Highway as well as easy access to I-5 , I-405 , and SR-9 .
Executive Vice President Zach Vall-Spinosa of Kidder Mathews along with JSH Properties’ Ernie Velton and Reese Velton are the leasing agents for this project.
