"Palo Duro Secures Leasing Agreement for 2.35M-SF Developments in Houston Region"

Palo Duro Commercial Partners (PDC) has been selected as the retail brokerage and advisory services provider for The Signorelli Company’s Valley Ranch master-planned community in New Caney, TX. PDC will oversee the leasing of over 1.5 million square feet of existing retail space at Town Center and an additional 850,000 square feet of planned development in the new Marketplace district.

Situated near The Woodlands and Kingwood at the intersection of I-69 and Grand Parkway (99), Valley Ranch Town Center attracts approximately 11 million visitors annually. In addition to its extensive retail offerings, this community also boasts over 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes with ongoing development plans.

Valley Ranch Marketplace is a newly developed district within Valley Ranch that spans across 57 acres with plans for up to 850,000 square feet of retail space. This area will feature a diverse mix of national retailers, regional businesses, fitness centers,and other specialty uses.
