**O’Connor Capital Partners to Redevelop Saks Fifth Avenue Space at Palm Beach’s The Esplanade**

O’Connor Capital Partners is moving forward with plans to redevelop the Saks Fifth Avenue retail space at The Esplanade, located at 150 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.

With Saks Fifth Avenue expected to close in April 2025, the 50,000-square-foot, two-level space will be transformed into a premier luxury destination. The redevelopment will feature a mix of high-end retail, office space, and lifestyle offerings.

Fairfax & Sammons Architecture has been named the project architect, while Odyssey Retail will oversee leasing for the property.

Originally developed by The Goodman Co., The Esplanade opened in 1980 and spans two stories with approximately 30 tenants. The shopping center is home to several luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Emilio Pucci, Akris, Christofle, Panerai, and Hublot.

O’Connor Capital Partners, founded in 1983 and based in New York City, is a real estate development and investment firm with a portfolio spanning residential, retail, industrial, and boutique office sectors. Over its four-decade history, the company has developed approximately 20,000 units across various real estate categories.
