Palladium Completes 107 Garland Mixed-Income Units

Palladium USA is in the final stages of completing Embree Eastside, a 107-unit mixed-income housing community located in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. The first units are set to become available for rent in the first quarter of next year.

This development will offer a mix of market-rate and affordable housing options, with approximately 25% designated for renters earning between 30-60% of the area median income (AMI). Residents will have access to various amenities such as a pool, dog park, walking trails, fitness center, conference room, computer lab and children’s playroom.

The project architect is HEDK while Brownstone Construction has partnered with Garland Housing Finance Corp. for construction. PNC Bank provided both equity ($13.7 million) and debt ($11.2 million) financing for this project.

The completion date draws near as Palladium USA puts finishing touches on their latest development – Embree Eastside – which offers an array of housing options including affordable units reserved specifically for low-income earners within the community.
