**Palistar Capital Expands Lease at 45 Rockefeller Plaza**
Tishman Speyer announced that private equity and structured investments firm Palistar Capital has signed a new lease for 13,800 square feet at 45 Rockefeller Plaza. The firm is expanding from its previous 8,000-square-foot space at 600 Fifth Avenue. Having maintained its headquarters at Rockefeller Center since 2019, this move marks a significant growth milestone for Palistar and aligns with a recent trend of financial services firms renewing and expanding leases in the iconic Midtown Manhattan property.
