The buyer, a limited liability company based in Texas, was successfully secured by Saia and Andrew. Located at 865-909 E. Wilmette Road, Palatine Center boasts full occupancy with an impressive retention rate of 85.3% for tenants who have been at the location for over two decades.
This single-story campus consists of three buildings and houses five tenants including an anchor tenant that specializes in tailored programming for students’ needs occupying nearly 70% of the space. This transaction marks another successful deal arranged by Marcus & Millichap’s expert team.
