Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of two net-leased Plaza Tire Service properties located in Kirkwood and Warrenton, Missouri, for a combined total of $5,169,230.
Plaza Tire Service, a well-established name in the automotive industry, has been serving the St. Louis region since 1963 and currently operates more than 80 locations across six states. “Demand remains strong for internet-resistant retail like automotive service, especially when backed by a well-known regional operator like Plaza Tire Service,” said Ken Jacobsmeyer, Associate Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office. “Both properties offered long-term stability and excellent fundamentals, which drove my client’s interest.”
Jacobsmeyer procured the buyer, a Missouri-based local company. The Kirkwood property, located at 915 S. Kirkwood Road, was built in 2020 and features 6,255 square feet on a 1.01-acre lot. The Warrenton location, at 907 Old Steinhagen Road, was constructed in 2016 and spans 5,400 square feet on 0.98 acres. Both properties are secured by long-term, absolute net leases with Sun Auto Group, which acquired Plaza Tire Service in 2022 but continues to operate under the well-known Plaza Tire Service brand.
