JLL Capital Markets has successfully completed the sale of **Sunrise of Franklin Lakes**, an 88-unit assisted living and memory care facility located in **Franklin Lakes, New Jersey**. The buyer and sale price remain undisclosed.
JLL’s Seniors Housing team, in collaboration with the firm’s New Jersey division, represented the seller and facilitated the transaction with the undisclosed buyer. **Sunrise Senior Living** will continue to manage the property.
Completed in **2021**, the facility consists of a **two-story building** featuring **51 assisted living units** and **37 memory care units**. It offers a variety of floor plans, including **studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom assisted living units**, as well as **private and semi-private options** for memory care residents. Amenities include:
