CBRE recently facilitated the sale of a 47,850-square-foot medical office building in Upland for $8.85 million. The property, located at 400 Mountain Ave., was sold by Harbor Associates to a local medical user with representation from CBRE’s Investment Properties team including Sammy Cemo, Anthony DeLorenzo, Austin Reuland, Bryan Johnson and Nick Williams.
According to Cemo, this was an exceptional opportunity to acquire a high-quality medical/office building that is move-in ready. The new owner will benefit from the existing third floor buildout for their own use and take advantage of the strong demand for medical office space in Upland.
