Cushman & Wakefield recently facilitated the sale-leaseback of OrthoNebraska’s specialty orthopedic hospital in Omaha for an undisclosed amount. The transaction was led by the firm’s Healthcare Capital Markets team, which includes Gino Lollio, Travis Ives, Sushil Puria, and Tyler Morss. They were joined by TJ Twit from The Lund Co., a Cushman & Wakefield alliance.
The 70,000-square-foot acute-care hospital was originally built in 2004 and underwent expansion in 2020. It is fully occupied by OrthoNebraska and features two stories dedicated to musculoskeletal care with amenities such as 24 in-patient beds, 12 operating rooms, and multiple treatment rooms. Additionally, the property offers convenient parking options with a total of 63 underground garage spaces equipped with temperature control and another surface lot providing space for up to 220 vehicles.
