Orlando Surf Park Progresses

Orlando, Florida offers a plethora of entertainment options, including popular theme parks such as Disney and Universal Studios. However, one thing that has been missing in this bustling city is the presence of waves. But now, according to the Orlando Business Journal’s report, Ocean Sports Development – a South Florida based company specializing in surf parks – is making strides towards bringing this much-desired feature to Orlando’s rapidly expanding Horizon West region.

The development plan for the proposed Orlando Surf Park has been filed by Ocean Sports Development. This 44-acre project will offer various recreational activities and retail options near Orange County National Golf Center & Lounge. The site plan showcases an impressive 12-acre surf pool surrounded by multiple buildings including an athletic training facility spanning over 27,350 square feet and two commercial retail structures covering almost 40,000 square feet combined. With ample parking space for up to 585 vehicles available on-site.

This exciting news about the upcoming Orlando Surf Park demonstrates how this city continues to evolve as a top destination for both residents and tourists alike seeking thrilling experiences beyond just traditional theme park offerings.
