The Visions Resort and Spa Orlando group has recently acquired an additional fifteen acres to expand their already thriving resort. According to the Orlando Business Journal, Urban Network Capital and Vertical Developments will utilize this land for a new water park attraction, adding to the existing amenities of the $170 million mixed-use resort project near Disney.
This development is being carried out in multiple phases:
Construction is set to begin on 132 townhomes, 48 single-family homes, and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse later this spring. The completion date for these components is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Following these initial phases will be Phase III which includes an additional 181-unit condo-hotel.
Phase IV will consist of a mixed-use project featuring retail space spanning over 70,736 square feet along with a parking garage. This phase also includes plans for constructing vacation loft units totaling at least380 units.
The design work for this project is being handled by Concepto Taller de Arquitectura.
