Demetree Real Estate Services in Winter Park has recently sold a mixed-use project called The Plaza at Hannibal Square. According to the Orlando Business Journal, the sale included a building with apartments and retail space, as well as an adjacent office and retail building for $20.6 million. The seller was an entity connected to Owens Realty Services based in Orlando.
The property located at 362 S. Pennsylvania Ave., which was built in 2009, features a four-story structure spanning over 21,000 square feet with both residential units and commercial spaces. Additionally, there is also a seven-level parking garage on site that includes a pedestrian bridge leading to another property at 444 W. New England Ave.
The second property involved in this transaction is situated on three levels and covers approximately 81,000 square feet of space designated for office and retail purposes; it was constructed back in 2007.
These properties were previously sold together for $15 million back in September of2014.
