"Orlando Development: AIC Unveils Ambitious Plans"

According to public filings, AIC Hotel Group, based in Miami, has announced plans for a 50-acre plot of land near Walt Disney World. The proposed development is a mixed-use complex consisting of five 25-story towers that will encompass a total of 2.3 million square feet.

The project will be completed in three phases and includes the following features:

– Four hotels with a combined total of 1,934 rooms
– Fifty residential units
– Two hundred seventy club member units
– Sixteen restaurants spanning over 102,094 square feet
– Thirty thousand eight hundred square feet dedicated to retail space
– Over thirty-five thousand eight hundred sixty square feet designated for spa facilities
– Seventy thousand seven hundred thirty square feet allocated for meeting and entertainment spaces
– Lazy river and pools

In late 2018, AIC purchased the land at an estimated cost of $32 million. The company currently owns multiple Hard Rock Hotels worldwide including locations in Cancun,Punta Cana,and Vallarta.
