"Orlando-Area Mixed-Use Project Begins Construction with $1.2B Investment"

Construction has commenced on Wyld Oaks, a 215-acre mixed-use development in Apopka, Florida. The project, led by Joseph Beninati, is estimated to have a total investment of $1.2 billion.

Located at 4105 Golden Gem Road just off the recently completed 429 Beltway and W. Kelly Park Road Interchange, Wyld Oaks is approximately 27 miles from downtown Orlando.

Upon completion, the development will feature:

– Up to 200,000 square feet of retail space and eleven outparcels
– Two hotels including budget-friendly and boutique options
