"Orlando-Area Mixed-Use Project Begins Construction with $1.2B Investment"

Construction has commenced on Wyld Oaks, a 215-acre mixed-use development in Apopka, Florida. The project is located just 25 miles northwest of Orlando and is estimated to have a total investment of $1.2 billion. Joseph Beninati leads the project.

Situated at 4105 Golden Gem Road, the development sits near the recently completed 429 Beltway and W. Kelly Park Road Interchange, approximately 27 miles from downtown Orlando.

Upon completion, Wyld Oaks will feature:

• Up to 200,000 square feet of retail space with potential for eleven outparcels
• Two hotels including both budget-friendly and boutique options
• Between 3,000-4
